Who We Are

Activities that Enrich the Lives of the Youth of Rowlett

We are mentoring program for youth with the goal of developing productive relationships that foster trust and deeper understanding between youth, police officers and other first responders. When these relationships are developed early on, they created a better environment within our city, schools and homes, and are essential towards creating better character and attitudes in young people regarding life and citizenship.

Please read and follow our blog for more information and updates. The goal with the Rowlett Police YAL is to expand way beyond boxing, and as a grassroots effort, we are looking to enlist a small army of volunteers to help us make this happen.

Rowlett citizens and first responders have always risen to the occasion, so we are excited to see the beginning of an effective and sustainable program. Let's do this!!

Competitive Boxing Skills Training and Development

Coaching that includes fitness training and training in the sport of boxing.

Education and Mentorship Programs

Education and mentorship programs designed to build the character and attitudes necessary to develop good citizenship.

Community Involvement

What good are skills, character and attitude if you just put them on the shelf to rust. We want out kids to learn how they can give back and find the worth and satisfaction that comes from making a difference in your community and in the world.
